State of Massachusetts, Dept. of Capital Asset Management, Lean Construction Road-map Development & Value Stream Mapping, Boston, MA, for DCAM

massachusetts logoCommencing in 2011 and continuing through 2012, TRG has been working with the Department of Capital Asset Management, State of Massachusetts to streamline the processes for programming, design, construction, commissioning and operations and develop a Lean Construction Implementation Roadmap.

Work Sessions include:

"Generation Lean" Lean Transition & Organizational ReAlignment, Garden Grove, CA, for Southland Industries

Southland IndustriesSouthland Industries, a national design-build mechanical contractor, is undergoing a lean transition into "Generation Lean." We have been assisting that transition, once again working with Mike Osterling.

Commencing in 2011 and continuing through 2013, TRG has been Co-managing rapid process improvement events to implement lean within the company (with Associate Mike Osterling).

San Diego Community College District, Purchasing Department Lean Facilitation and Coaching, San Diego, CA, for SDCCD

sdccd logoIn 2011 and again in 2013, TRG worked closely with the San Diego Community College District to streamline and improve procedures and processes of the Purchasing Department, focusing on the coordination of procedures, practice and working relationships with the department (with Mike Osterling).

Lean Transition for Construction Teams, Cleveland, OH, for Ozanne Construction

ozanne logoDuring 2010, TRG assisted Ozanne Construction in their Lean Transition by providing the executives, construction team and construction team support personnel training in lean concepts for deployment on several projects including a Library remodel and work with the local community college district.

IPD Contract Reformation and Standardization, Dallas-Ft.Worth Area, TX, for Texas Health Resources

texas health resources logoDuring 2012, TRG worked with THR to develop a standard contract methodology where all contracts are managed by a Core Group, early teams are assembled and the benefits of TVD and other lean processes are recognized
