Harris Technology Center Construction, Palm Bay, FL for Balfour Beatty Construction
Commencing in 2013, TRG began implementing lean strategy and Last Planner® processes at the construction of the $100 million, 450,000-square-foot High-Tech Engineering Center Complex in Palm Bay, Florida.

CDCR Stockton Medical/Mental Health Prison Facility Construction - Phase 2, Stockton, CA, for Clark McCarthy Joint Venture
At CDCR Medical Center Stockton, TRG trained, facilitated and coached the delivery of 27 housing units, 3 medical buildings and a facilities kitchen for Package 2 of the $1.1 billion project using Last Planner® System in order to accelerate production from $1.5 million to $3 million a day and construction in place over a 6 week period in 2012. TRG is also the Alignment Partnering Facilitator on this project.

Parking Structure #6 Construction, Santa Monica, CA, for Morley Builders
Only two blocks from the Santa Monica Pier, the west coast terminus of famed Route 66, the City of Santa Monica is constructing a LEED Silver mixed-use Parking Structure #6 with over 700 spaces on three subterranean levels and eight above-ground parking levels, ground-level retail shops and a unique high-design façade by German architect Kristof Jensen.

California Department of Veteran's Affairs Redding Veteran’s Home Construction, Redding, CA, for Clark Construction
TRG conducted four Alignment Partnering sessions during 2011 after replacing the initial partnering consultant on the $66 million design-build contract contstruction of the Redding Veteran's Home. Participating stakeholders include the California Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of General Services, Jacobs (Designer), Sillman Wright (Architect of Record) and numerous other contractor and subcontractor representatives.
2802 Pico Avenue Apartments Construction, Santa Monica, CA, for Morley Builders
This 100% affordable housing will accommodate 33 units above active retail and community space organized around an engaging courtyard. The project strives to contribute to the life of its residents, neighbors, and the surrounding beach community by providing a pedestrian-friendly urban façade to enliven the corner of Pico and 28th Street. TRG was called in toward the end of the project to help the team incorporate complicated changes and still stay on schedule.

Presbyterian Villages of Michigan Senior Center at Riverwalk, Detroit, MI, for O'Brien Construction
In 2012, TRG trained the construction team in Last Planner® and Pull Planning for schedule reliability on a $40 million project on the Riverwalk in Detroit.

State of Massachusetts, Dept. of Capital Asset Management, Chicopee Women’s Correctional Institute Expansion, Chicopee, MA, for Kleinfelder/SEA
From 2011 to 2012, TRG led the project team in developing an IPD-ish program under a CM at Risk contract for a Housing Unit Addition and Intake Expansion to a State Addition to a Women’s Correctional Facility.

NAVFAC/U.S. Navy, Level A Partnering on Multiple Projects for Multiple Contractors
- TRG conducted Level A Partnering Sessions and the NAVFAC's P123 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Construction in Norfolk, VA, in January 2013 for Clark Construction.
- TRG conducted Level A Partnering Sessions and a Design Concept Workshop on the NAVFAC's Repair Carrier Quay Wall Project in San Diego, CA, in April 2008 for R.E. Staite Engineering.
- TRG conducted Level A Partnering Sessions on the NAVFAC Fallon Air Station Main Runway Repaving Project in Fallon, NV, in July 2008 for Coffman Specialities.
- TRG conducted Level A Partnering Sessions on the NAVFAC Submarine Demagnetization Project in San Diego, CA, in October 2008 for RQ Construction.
Los Angeles County DPW Fire Stations 128 & 132 Construction, Los Angeles County, CA, for Novus Construction
In 2010, TRG conducted a kick-off Alignment Partnering Session during the design phase of a $12 million dual Fire Station Construction Project, Fire Station's 128 & 132 in Los Angeles County.
Firekeepers Hotel and Casino Renovation and Expansion, Battle Creek, MI, for Clark Construction
In Partnership with Enovio, commencing in November 2011, led Phase & Pull Planning with Clark Construction for the renovation at Firekeeper Hotel and Casino. The new construction includes a Bingo Hall Expansion, Back of House warehouse storage, and 225 slot machines, non-smoking gaming area with Player's Club.

California Prison Healthcare Receivership (CPHR), Sacramento, CA, managed by URSBovis Lend Lease JV
From July 2008 through October 2009, The ReAlignment Group was the exclusive Lean Partnering facilitation team for the California Prison Healthcare Receivership $6 Billion design and construction of seven medical and mental health facilities totaling 10,000 beds in the Sacramento central office managed by URS/Bovis Lend Lease JV as well as the seven project sites built by DPR, Hensel-Phelps, Clark-McCarthy JV and designed by a Single Lean architectural team comprised of HOK, HKS, HDR, LBL, Jensen Partners and Stantec.

National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) Construction, Golden, CO, for JE Dunn Construction
During 2012, TRG facilitated weekly work planning sessions on the construction of this 175,000-square-foot building. The building will house laboratories as well as office space for 200-250 NREL researchers and support staff.

California Department of Veteran's Affairs Fresno Veteran’s Home Construction, Fresno, CA, for Hensel Phelps
TRG conducted a Kick Off and two years of quarterly partnering sessions on the Fresno Veteran’s Home construction project, beginning in March 2010 through construction completion on this $30 million facility. Participating stakeholders include the California Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Department of General Services and numerous other contractor and subcontractor representatives. Average session attendance has been approximately 40 stakeholders with over 90 stakeholders participating throughout the past two years.
Navy Yard Building 661, Energy Efficient Building Construction, Philadelphia, PA, for Balfour Beatty
In partnership with RTKL Associates (Stan Chiu), commencing in November, 2011, TRG provided team integration services for the project delivery team and led the team in the implementation of Last Planner® System on this highlighted Department of Energy/Penn State collaboration designed to drive 50% of the energy costs out.

Commercial Building Construction, Fort Worth, TX for Westwood Contractors
Training and coaching in Last Planner® techniques allowed Westwood Contractors to successfully build this commercial building for Firestone in Fort Worth, Texas, with a 20% reduction in completion time.
